Well Balanced Psychiatry and Behavioral Health, A Professional Nursing Corporation is seeking a licensed therapist to join our collaborative care model supporting high-achieving adults.
Ideal specialties (not required)
Anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD-support, burnout, perfectionism
Trauma-informed care, OCD, panic, high-stress professional populations
What you’ll do
- Provide therapy via telehealth (individual sessions)
- Coordinate care with our prescribers when clinically indicated
- Use evidence-based approaches (CBT, ACT, DBT skills, trauma-informed modalities)
What we’re looking for
- Active license in [CA,WA,AZ]
- Confident clinician with strong rapport-building and documentation habits
- Values collaboration and whole-person, integrative mental health care
